- Make high-volume outbound calls to leads and potential clients generated through marketing campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements, identify their needs, and effectively pitch HOC products/services.
- Build strong rapport with prospects and use effective sales closing techniques to convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer objections, queries, and concerns confidently and turn interested prospects into paying clients.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with hot, warm, and pending leads to maximize conversions.
- Achieve a daily target of 5 confirmed bookings per day.
- Maintain a solid conversion rate through effective calling, counselling, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritize high-intent leads and ensure timely follow-up until booking closure.
- Update lead status, call outcomes, follow-ups, and booking details accurately in the CRM/lead management system.




- Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure smooth processing of confirmed bookings.
- Re-engage old, missed, and previously interested leads to generate additional bookings.
- Track daily calling performance, conversions, follow-ups, and revenue contribution.
- Share regular feedback on lead quality, customer objections, market response, and conversion challenges with the management team.
- Mentor or guide junior telecallers on calling techniques, objection handling, lead qualification, and closing strategies when required.
- Take ownership of the complete lead-to-booking conversion process and consistently work toward achieving and exceeding targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,314.36 per month
