The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing complete F&B; operations and ensuring exceptional, personalized service for the UHNW client.

# Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day Food & Beverage operations.
- Ensure exceptional and personalized F&B; service.
- Maintain luxury hospitality and service standards.
- Supervise, manage and train the F&B; service team.
- Allocate duties and monitor team performance.
- Conduct daily team briefings and training.
- Handle VIP/UHNW guests with professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.
- Understand and maintain client preferences and special requirements.
- Ensure excellent table setup, presentation and dining etiquette.
- Oversee breakfast, lunch, dinner, refreshments and private dining.
- Coordinate with chefs/kitchen and other support teams.
- Plan and supervise F&B; arrangements for private events and celebrations.
- Monitor F&B; inventory, stock and consumption.
- Coordinate procurement and replenishment.
- Monitor wastage and operational costs.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Resolve guest/service-related concerns professionally.




- Maintain operational reports and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to client-specific SOPs.
- Continuously improve service quality and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

- 8–12+ years of relevant F&B; experience.
- 5-Star / 5-Star Deluxe Hotel experience preferred.*
- Strong luxury hospitality and fine-dining exposure.
- Experience handling VIP/VVIP/UHNW clients preferred.
- Robust leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of F&B; operations and service standards.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene and cost control.
- Impeccable grooming and professional personality.
- High level of discretion and attention to detail.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per month
