We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to drive General Trade sales in Bhubaneswar & Cuttack. The candidate will be responsible for managing distributors, expanding outlet coverage, achieving sales targets, and leading the sales team to ensure market growth and product availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and strengthen distributor relationships.
- Expand market coverage and increase outlet reach.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
- Build strong relationships with retailers.
- Lead and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Track sales performance and support business growth initiatives.

Desired Profile

- 3–4 years of experience in FMCG General Trade Sales.
- Strong distributor and retailer management skills.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
