Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our software sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting our software solutions, and converting leads into paying customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for software sales.
- Explain software features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams for customer onboarding.
- Consistently work toward improving conversion rates and sales performance.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or software sales.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Valuable command of Hindi and English.
- Experience in selling software, SaaS, technology products, or B2B services is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Comfortable working independently in a Work From Home environment.
