- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant channels
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
- Manage daily community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and queries
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to create high-quality content
- Plan and execute influencer collaborations and brand partnerships
- Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions
- Generate regular performance reports and recommend improvements
- Work closely with the marketing team to support paid campaigns and promotional activities
