Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Experience with content management systems and web application frameworks related to Adobe Experience Manager.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues within Adobe Experience Manager environments.
- Familiarity with integrating Adobe Experience Manager with other enterprise systems and APIs.
- Knowledge of best practices in application design, development, and deployment within Adobe Experience Manager.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.

- This position is based at DDC 1 - STPI.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
