Job Title: Fabrication Welder
Experience: 5–10 Years
Department: Production / Fabrication

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform MIG, TIG and ARC welding as per fabrication drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols and dimensions.
- Handle fabrication activities including cutting, fitting, alignment, grinding and welding.
- Perform accurate fit-up and welding of structural and machine components.
- Check weld quality, dimensions and alignment during fabrication.
- Identify and rectify welding defects such as porosity, cracks, undercut and improper joints.
- Operate welding machines, gas cutting equipment, grinders and other fabrication tools.
- ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication or relevant trade.
- 5–10 years of hands-on fabrication welding experience.
- Solid knowledge of MIG, TIG and ARC welding.
- Strong fitting, grinding and finishing skills.
- Ability to independently handle fabrication jobs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
