- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Provide personalized assistance and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle VIP and repeat guests with special attention, ensuring their preferences are met.
- Coordinate with various departments (Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Concierge, etc.) to fulfill guest requests.
- Ensure all guest complaints and concerns are addressed professionally and documented properly.
- Maintain a friendly and skilled relationship with guests to encourage repeat visits.
- Gather and analyze guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions.
- Maintain records of guest interactions, preferences, and complaints for future reference.
- Prepare daily reports on guest feedback, complaints, and service improvements.
