Duties & Responsibilities:
- Should be able to understand business requirements in the areas of project structuring, project planning (time planning, cost planning, budgeting), project execution and monitoring, result analysis/variance analysis, and carry out “To-Be process” mapping, gap analysis, KDS finalization, and custom development object identification/RICEF list preparation.
- Finalize the requirements of each custom development object (RICEF object). Prepare and provide functional specifications to the technical team to carry out development.
- Carry out functional configurations. Prepare test scripts. Perform unit testing and development testing.
- Identify integration scenarios, prepare integration test scripts, and perform integration testing.
- Plan and provide training to the Core Team and users.
- Manage master data and cutover data migration/upload.
- Provide post-go-live support for issues faced by users.
Minimum Qualification: Graduate – Engineering/Science
Preferred Age Group: 28 to 35 years
Location: Ready to work in any location in India or abroad
Essential Requirement:
- SAP Experience: 6 to 9 years
- E2E Implementation Projects: At least 3 E2E implementation projects handled independently
- Team Handling Experience: N/A
Desirable Requirement:
- Degree: Postgraduate/MBA
- Certifications: SAP certification
- Domain Experience: 2 to 4 years
- Industry Experience: Real Estate/Construction/Infrastructure industry
- GST Implementation Project(s): N/A
- HANA Migration Project(s): 1
- Roll-out Project(s): N/A
- Offshore Support Projects: N/A
- Onsite Support Projects: N/A
Technical Competencies:
- Experience in E2E onsite implementation projects
- Ability to define an organizational structure suited to business reporting and control requirements
- Ability to perform process mapping and gap analysis, RICEF identification, and KDS finalization
- Ability to handle configurations, provide functional specifications for RICEF, conduct testing, and deliver designed processes
- Ability to plan and handle data migration
- Ability to provide training and post-go-live support
