Hiring – Sales Coordinator | Cables & Wires Manufacturing

* Role: Inside Sales & Customer Coordination

Key Responsibilities

* Preparing and sending quotations to existing and new clients.

* Following up on enquiries and quotations and converting them into orders.

* Coordinating with customers for requirements, pricing, specifications and delivery timelines.

* Receiving and processing Purchase Orders (POs) and confirming orders with customers.

* Preparing and maintaining Sales Orders / Order Confirmation and other sales-related documents.

* Coordinating with customers regarding dispatch schedules and delivery status.

* Sharing dispatch details, LR/transport details and invoices with customers.

* Maintaining complete records of enquiries, quotations, orders, dispatches and customer follow-ups.

* Coordinating with the Accounts team for payment follow-up and outstanding receivables.

* Regularly following up with customers for pending payments and overdue invoices.





* Handling customer queries and coordinating internally for timely resolution.

* Preparing daily/weekly sales, enquiry, order and payment follow-up reports.

* Maintaining customer and sales data in ERP / CRM / MS Excel.

* Ensuring timely and accurate communication between Customer → Sales → Dispatch → Accounts.

Candidate Profile

* Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales / Order Processing.

* Experience in B2B sales coordination, preferably in Cables & Wires, Electrical, Engineering or Manufacturing industry.

* Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills.

* Positive understanding of the complete sales cycle: Quotation → Order → Dispatch → Payment Follow-up.

* Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.

* Experience with ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.

* Should be comfortable coordinating with customers and multiple internal departments.
