Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, address inquiries, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and follow-ups
Resolve customer queries professionally
Maintain customer records
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
Positive communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Customer service experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
