About the Role

We are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our social media presence from content ideation to execution, publishing, community management, and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate is someone who understands social media trends, has a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling, and can create content that feels premium, engaging, and relevant to the brand.

You will be responsible for building and executing the social media content calendar, creating Reels and static/carousel content, coordinating shoots and creators, managing daily social media activities, and continuously improving content based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Ideate and create engaging content for Instagram and other relevant social media platforms.
- Develop concepts for Reels, Stories, Carousels, Static Posts, and short-form videos.
- Write creative captions, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy.
- Identify trending formats, sounds, themes, and content opportunities relevant to the brand.
- Create content that aligns with the brand's visual identity, tone, and positioning.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, editors, designers, influencers, and creators whenever required.
- Participate in shoots and help with concept development, styling, references, shot lists, and execution.
- Repurpose existing brand content into multiple social media formats.

Social Media Management

- Manage the brand's social media accounts on a day-to-day basis.
- Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Manage Instagram Stories and ensure regular daily activity.
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, tags, and overall community engagement.
- Engage with the audience and maintain the brand's tone of voice across social platforms.
- Track relevant social media trends and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure social media supports ongoing campaigns and launches.

Strategy & Performance





- Develop content ideas based on brand objectives, audience behaviour, trends, and performance data.
- Monitor content performance including reach, views, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth, and website traffic.
- Analyse what content performs best and use insights to improve future content.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports.
- Experiment with new content formats, hooks, storytelling styles, and creative approaches.

What We Are Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.
- Excellent understanding of Reels, Stories, Carousels, and social media trends.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Good command of English with strong copywriting ability.
- Strong visual sense and understanding of premium/lifestyle aesthetics.
- Ability to independently take an idea from concept → content creation → publishing → performance analysis.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.

Preferred Candidate

We would especially value someone who:

- Is highly active on Instagram and naturally understands what works on social media.
- Regularly follows emerging content trends and formats.
- Has a solid personal interest in fashion, interiors, lifestyle, design, beauty, or premium brands.
- Has a portfolio or previous work demonstrating strong social media content.
- Can confidently present recent content ideas and take ownership of execution.
- Has experience working with influencers/creators and coordinating shoots.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
