We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Student Counsellor cum Telecaller to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students, explain our courses, follow up on enquiries, and assist them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries.
- Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and help them choose the right program.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollment.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in telecalling, counselling, customer service, or admissions is an added advantage.
