Job Title: Travel Consultant

We are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help clients plan and book domestic and international trips, including flights, hotels, holiday packages, transportation, and other travel services.

Key Responsibilities

- Consult with customers to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Design customized travel itineraries and holiday packages.
- Research and recommend suitable flights, hotels, destinations, and activities.
- Handle flight, hotel, tour, and transportation bookings.
- Provide accurate information about travel options, pricing, policies, and documentation.
- Assist customers with changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel-related issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and travel partners.
- Follow up with clients before and after their trips to ensure a positive experience.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking records.





Requirements

- Previous experience in travel consulting, ticketing, tourism is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service and sales skills.
- Ability to work with travel booking systems/GDS is an advantage.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
