Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Assistant Fashion Designer to support our live and online fashion designing classes. The role involves assisting the main faculty during live sessions, handling student doubts, preparing academic files and materials, and supporting course content development. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about teaching support, organization, and hands-on fashion work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist faculty during live online and offline practical classes
- Handle student doubts on WhatsApp communities and during live sessions
- Help students with marking, fitting, and stitching-related queries
- Prepare and maintain class files, notes, measurement sheets, and reference materials
- Arrange fabrics, tools, samples, and other materials before classes
- Support in course content organization and syllabus execution
- Ensure smooth class flow by managing chat, materials, and practical setup
- Maintain discipline, accuracy,



and professionalism in student interactions

Must-Have Skills

- Strong knowledge of garment construction and basic pattern making
- Hands-on experience in stitching, fitting, and finishing
- Ability to explain concepts in simple Hinglish
- Patience and clarity while handling beginner-level students
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable organizational and file-management skills
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Drive, and basic digital tools
