Position description:

The Pricing Analyst will support the pricing function by collating and analyzing data to facilitate informed pricing decisions. This role will provide essential support for customer negotiations, focusing on preparing analysis packs across financial performance & macro-economic data, and assist the Pricing team in various ad-hoc initiatives.





The Analyst will play a key role in providing data-driven insights to optimize profitability, requiring hands-on financial modelling experience in Excel, and working across functional areas to obtain data.

This role requires significant financial modelling experience and experience as an analyst in a Finance, FP&A; or Management Consulting role. While previous experience with pricing topics is viewed positively, success in the role will be determined primarily by the ability to develop well-structured & accurate financial models.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze data from various sources to support pricing decisions for renewals, new business, and other pricing initiatives

- Prepare detailed analysis packs to support negotiations with customers, including identifying opportunities for price increases through margin & cost driver analysis

- Experience in execution and implementation of various pricing analytics methods like energetic pricing, prescriptive pricing, predictive pricing and descriptive pricing

- Monitor pricing performance metrics and identify areas for improvement or optimization.

- Assist in developing pricing models for new services and products





- Maintain and update pricing databases and ensure data accuracy for analysis purposes.

Contribute to the preparation of pricing review presentations for senior management

Additional Responsibilities:

- - 10-15 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in finance, FP&A;, or management consulting

- - Exceptional proficiency in Excel and comfortable developing financial models independently

- - Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets accurately

- - Strong communication skills to present data insights clearly and effectively

- Experience in the B2B services industry or pricing is a plus
