Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct speech therapy sessions for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address communication, language, and social skills deficits in children.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators to provide comprehensive support services.
- Provide counseling services to parents and caregivers on strategies for working with their child at home.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with families about treatment outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-6 years of experience as a Speech Therapist or related field.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Child Psychology, Language Intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and parent counseling.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,495.60 per month
