Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Logistics Functional Lead – EWM & TM to support a major S/4HANA Logistics Transformation Programme for a leading global FMCG organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across SAP WM, Embedded EWM, SAP TM and SAP TMS, along with significant FMCG logistics operations experience and hands-on SAP implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead As-Is process mapping for Warehouse Management and Transportation Management across India sites and distribution centres.
- Design the migration roadmap from Centralized WM (CWM) to Embedded S/4HANA EWM.
- Lead migration from SAP TMS to S/4HANA Advanced Transportation Management.
- Configure core SAP EWM functionalities including:
- Warehouse structure
- Goods movements
- Inventory management
- RF transactions
- Fiori-based warehouse transactions
- Handling Unit Management
- Physical Inventory
- Design freight collaboration solutions using SAP Logistics Business Network (LBN).
- Drive logistics master data quality assessment and remediation.
- Coordinate system transitions with 3PL partners, carriers and logistics service providers.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams and implementation partners throughout the transformation programme.




- Support SAP Activate/agile delivery practices and ensure successful solution adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall professional experience.
- 8–12+ years of SAP functional experience with deep expertise in:
- SAP WM
- SAP EWM
- Embedded EWM
- SAP TM
- SAP TMS
- SAP S/4HANA
- 7–9 years of Logistics Operations experience, preferably within an FMCG organization.
- At least 2 full end-to-end SAP implementations involving Warehouse Management and/or Transportation Management workstreams.
- Solid experience with CWM to Embedded EWM migration is highly preferred.
- Hands-on EWM configuration experience covering warehouse structure, goods movement, RF, Handling Unit Management and Physical Inventory.
- Strong SAP TM experience covering:
- Freight planning
- Transportation execution
- Carrier collaboration
- Freight settlement
- Experience working with 3PLs, logistics service providers and carriers.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations.

MBA in Supply Chain / Operations from a Tier-1 B-School preferred, such as:
