Position description:

Embryologist/Senior Embryologist is responsible to provide complete Embryology & Andrology, Lab Support, Internal Audits, train Juniors on the lab processes and SOP’s of the department.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lab work – All Embryology procedures, troubleshooting, error management, new SOP implementation & timely updates, KPI implementation
- Quality Control – Embryology TQMS implementation
- Documentation/updation – Cost sheets, communication sheets, ARTis, document control Embryology lab
- Support – Handle Andrology complaints
- Coordination – Patient communication, other centres, departments
- Audits – Embryology lab
- Stock management - Liquid nitrogen storage vessels etc.
- Training – Juniors & new joiners, NHO
