Job Description for Associate Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance:

The Associate Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a team of insurance agents. This role involves creating and implementing strategies to ensure that sales targets are met, while also providing guidance and support to agents in their business development efforts. The individual will work closely with the agency personnel to build relationships, enhance performance, and drive productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and mentor new insurance agents in the agency.




- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets.
- Monitor and evaluate agent performance and provide constructive feedback.
