We are hiring for Customer Support Executive

Location: Chennai

Salary: Upto 3 Lakhs Per Annum

Experience: Fresh Graduate or 1+ Year Preferred

# Provide support to existing Quanto ERP clients over phone, WhatsApp, and remote assistance.

# Understand client queries and provide timely resolutions.

# Guide customers on software usage and best practices.

# Escalate complex issues to the technical team whenever required.

# Follow up with customers until issues are resolved.

# Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and relationships.

# Update and maintain support records and customer interactions.

Skills:

# No programming or technical background required.

# Complete product training will be provided by the company.

# Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

# Basic English communication is mandatory.

# Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Languages

Kannada (mother tongue / native proficiency)

Hindi (added advantage)

Tamil (added advantage)

English (Basic Communication Mandatory)

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
