Position: Education Counsellor
Experience: 0–2 Years
Location: Indore
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and training programs.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of leads and student interactions.
- Explain course details, fees, curriculum, and career opportunities.
- Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Strong counselling and convincing skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in education counselling/sales will be an advantage.
