Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Direct daily activities of construction labor, equipment operators, and subcontractors.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA/local safety regulations and conduct regular site inspections.
- Quality Control: Ensure all structural work, earthworks, and materials match blueprints and quality standards.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor timelines, log daily progress, and report delays or issues to the Project Manager.
- Resource Management: Coordinate site deliveries, equipment usage, and workforce allocation to minimize downtime.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
