Job Description:
Technical skills:
- Identify labor, material, and time requirements.
- Evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers
- Coordinating with engineering departments to check the possibilities of value engineering.
- Estimation skills:
- Analyzing received drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents.
- Categorizing & splitting the items according to the details.
- Sending the RFIs and clarifications to the client and following up.
- Preparing the BOQ from the drawings, specifications, and other documents is essential.
- Preparation of Final Quotation with Detailed Description
- Valuable to have skills:
- AutoCAD, MS Excel, Sketchup
Work Location: In person
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
