Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, communicating with clients and enquiries, explaining Mindleo’s services and programs, scheduling appointments, following up with potential and existing clients, and maintaining enquiry records. The role involves providing a warm and skilled first point of contact, coordinating with psychologists and the administrative team, and supporting client engagement, follow-ups, and service conversions through effective communication.
Incentives will be applicable based on performance, targets achieved, and organizational policies.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
