Join our team as a L2 NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in L2 Network / Infrastructure Support
- Hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies
- Solid knowledge of Firewall platforms (FortiGate, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Sophos, etc.)
- Solid experience with Routing & Switching (Cisco/HP/Aruba)
- Good understanding of ITIL processes
- Security or networking certifications (CCNA/CCNP/NSE/PCNSE)
- Experience managing endpoint security / antivirus tools (Kaspersky, Sophos)
- Working knowledge of Active Directory & basic Windows Server administration
