About the Role

Peak Performance Advisors is looking for a Senior HR Manager with strong expertise in Performance Management Systems (PMS) to lead and strengthen HR practices across the organisation.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PMS, KRA/KPI frameworks, performance reviews, HR policies, employee engagement and strategic HR management. This is a senior-level role requiring robust leadership, analytical and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) across the organisation.
- Design and implement KRA/KPI frameworks aligned with business objectives.
- Drive goal-setting, performance reviews, appraisals and performance improvement plans.
- Establish measurable performance standards and review employee performance against targets.
- Identify performance gaps and work with department heads on corrective action plans.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, processes and organisational structures.
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning,



talent management and organisational development.
- Lead employee engagement, retention and grievance-management initiatives.
- Manage HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and compliance.
- Analyse HR and performance data and present actionable insights to management.
- Lead, mentor and develop the HR team.
- Ensure HR processes are consistently implemented across departments.

Key Requirements

- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a managerial/strategic HR role.
- Strong and proven hands-on experience in PMS is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of KRA, KPI, goal-setting, appraisal systems and performance evaluation.
- Experience in designing and implementing PMS frameworks independently.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations and HR operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical and MS Excel skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
