Job description:
We are hiring an experienced Senior Telecaller with excellent communication and convincing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and regular follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of telecalling/telesales experience.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Experience in Study Visa, Work Visa / Immigration / Education Consultancy preferred.
