About the Role

Edexe Learning is looking for a knowledgeable and passionate CUET PG Psychology Faculty to prepare and guide students for the CUET PG Psychology entrance examination. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to make concepts easy and engaging for students.

Key Responsibilities

* Teach CUET PG Psychology syllabus through structured and engaging classes.

* Prepare lesson plans, study materials, practice questions, and MCQs aligned with the CUET PG pattern.

* Explain complex psychology concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

* Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic guidance to students.

* Prepare and discuss previous-year questions and exam-oriented questions.

* Conduct tests and mock exams and analyse student performance.

* Help students improve their accuracy, conceptual understanding, and time management.

* Provide regular feedback and identify areas where students need improvement.

* Coordinate with the academic team regarding classes,



content, assessments, and student progress.

* Stay updated with the latest CUET PG Psychology syllabus, exam pattern, and relevant changes.

Requirements

* Master’s degree in Psychology or a relevant specialization.

* Solid knowledge of core Psychology concepts and CUET PG requirements.

* Prior teaching/coaching experience is preferred.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Ability to engage students in an online learning environment.

* Good understanding of MCQ-based competitive examinations.

* Strong subject knowledge with the ability to explain concepts clearly.

* Ability to prepare quality study materials and exam-oriented content.

* Commitment to maintaining class schedules and academic responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

* Experience teaching CUET PG / entrance-exam aspirants.

* Familiarity with CUET PG Psychology previous-year questions and exam trends.

* Ability to conduct interactive and student-focused classes.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical approach.
