We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supervise housekeeping staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all areas of the clinic are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
- Allocate duties and prepare staff schedules as required.
- Monitor housekeeping staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Ensure proper cleaning of patient rooms, reception areas, offices, washrooms, and common areas.
- Maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials and housekeeping supplies.
- Ensure proper usage and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and address cleanliness-related issues promptly.
