About the Role

Homeyards Developers is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive to manage our online presence, create engaging real estate content, and support digital marketing campaigns that generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Homeyards Developers’ social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging content for real estate projects, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Write captions, headlines, ad copy, and other marketing content.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video editors to develop high-quality content.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, leads, engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Research real estate trends, competitors, and relevant social media trends.
- Support SEO, website content, Google Business Profile, and other digital marketing activities.
- Generate ideas for campaigns, offers, project launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Track and prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.





Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or a related field.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic to good knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of visual content and current social media trends.
- Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
