Job Description for Assistant Manager - CAT at Axis Max Life Insurance:

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the development and execution of business strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency in processes.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Support the management in preparing reports, presentations, and business plans.




- Train and mentor junior team members to ensure they meet performance metrics.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of objectives and outcomes.
