Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end hiring of delivery boys/riders
- Source candidates through calling, referrals, job portals and field hiring
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of delivery candidates
- Coordinate joining, onboarding and deployment
- Manage daily rider attendance and manpower requirements
- Coordinate with clients/hubs regarding manpower requirements
- Handle rider issues and operational escalations
- Track daily hiring and activation numbers
- Ensure required manpower is available at each location
- Maintain daily/weekly recruitment & operations reports
- Manage client relationships and ensure smooth account operations
- Achieve hiring and operational targets

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in delivery boy/rider hiring is preferred




- Experience in logistics, e-commerce, manpower or last-mile operations will be an advantage
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with high-volume recruitment
- Valuable knowledge of Kolkata
- Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Target-oriented and strong follow-up skills
- Should be comfortable handling both recruitment + operations

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
