We’re Hiring – Social Media Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced and commercially aware Social Media Account Manager to manage client relationships, social media accounts and multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop long-term client relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Understand client objectives, priorities and requirements
- Manage multiple social media accounts/projects simultaneously
- Coordinate with internal creative, content and marketing teams
- Plan, monitor and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Prepare performance reports, presentations and reviews
- Analyse social media performance and provide actionable insights
- Conduct client meetings, progress calls and business reviews
- Manage client expectations, timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Handle client complaints, escalations and difficult conversations professionally
- Identify upselling, renewal and account-growth opportunities
- Maintain CRM records, project trackers and account documentation




- Guide and coordinate junior team members when required

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, Social Media or similar roles
- Proven experience managing UK-based clients
- Solid client relationship & stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and business-writing skills
- Strong project management, organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Commercial awareness of budgets, profitability and scope

Preferred:

Experience in Digital Marketing, Technology, Outsourcing, Professional Services or Consultancy, with knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development, Content Marketing or Analytics.
