Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Event Designer & Conceptualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the events industry and should be capable of understanding client requirements, creating innovative event concepts, and presenting ideas professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client meetings along with the team and understand client requirements in detail.
- Gather event requirements and convert them into creative concepts and themes.
- Design and develop event concepts for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, and other events.
- Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, and detailed PPT presentations.
- Present and explain event concepts confidently to clients.
- Coordinate and work closely with 2D and 3D designers for design execution.
- Ensure all creative concepts align with client requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with the latest event trends, décor ideas, materials, and creative designs.
- Visit event sites whenever required.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Event Designing / Event Conceptualization.
- Background in Architecture, Interior Design, Event Design, or related field preferred.
- Strong creative thinking and visualization skills.
- Excellent client handling and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into practical concepts.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Salary: Based on experience and skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
