Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can drive a consistent flow of qualified leads for our author and publishing services through paid digital campaigns and other lead-generation channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage lead-generation campaigns through Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify and target potential authors, aspiring authors, and publishing prospects.
- Create and test different audiences, ad copies, creatives, and campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, lead quality, and overall ROI.
- Generate and maintain a regular pipeline of qualified leads.
- Coordinate with the sales/BD team to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
- Analyse campaign data and continuously optimise campaigns for better results.
- Explore new platforms, strategies, and channels for generating author leads.
- Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular campaign performance reports.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or digital marketing.




- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads; Google Ads experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign optimisation, and lead funnels.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance.
- Experience generating B2C or service-based leads is preferred.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.

Key Outcome

The primary goal of this role is to consistently generate high-quality leads from authors and publishing prospects at an efficient cost.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
