About the Role

NS Ventures is looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager cum Coordinator to manage and coordinate drone shoots and video production projects for real estate clients across India.

You will work closely with drone pilots, video editors, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate shoots, track project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure projects move smoothly from planning to final video delivery.

This role is ideal for someone with robust coordination, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills who enjoys working with both creative and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate drone shoots for real estate projects.
- Coordinate with drone pilots, video editors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain shoot schedules, project timelines, and delivery trackers.
- Coordinate shoot requirements including locations, schedules, equipment, and other relevant details.
- Support shot planning, storyboarding, and production requirements for drone and property videos.
- Track projects from initial shoot planning through execution, editing, revisions, and final delivery.
- Coordinate with video editors to track post-production timelines and revisions.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on pending tasks and deliverables.
- Coordinate with drone pilots and vendors across different cities in India.
- Identify and coordinate with suitable drone pilots and vendors as required.
- Maintain an updated database of drone pilots and vendors.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and regular status updates.




- Identify potential delays or operational issues and communicate them proactively to the relevant teams.
- Provide regular project status updates to management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between teams working across multiple locations.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations, media coordination, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with creative, technical, operational, and external vendor teams.
- Basic understanding of drone shoots, videography, or video production.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets, spreadsheets, or project management/tracking tools.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with people and vendors across different cities.
- Willingness to travel or coordinate with teams across India when required.
- Experience in media, real estate, operations, or creative projects is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
