Key Responsibilities

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design from NIFT or Pearl Academy is mandatory. Candidates from other institutes will not be considered.

Develop innovative and commercially viable designs aligned with current fashion and market trends.

Create design concepts, sketches, mood boards, colour palettes, prints and fabric selections.

Develop collections from concept to final sample.

Coordinate with sampling, production, merchandising and sourcing teams.

Review fittings and samples to ensure design accuracy, quality and finishing.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends.

Manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution.

Qualification & Skills

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Fashion Design from NIFT,



Pearl Academy or any reputed fashion institute.

3–6 years of relevant experience in the apparel/fashion industry.

Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, trims, prints and fashion trends.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW and CAD.

Solid creative, presentation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong fashion portfolio preferred.

Salary

No salary bar for the right candidate.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
