Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Multi Skilled Technician to join the Engineering team at Country Inn Smart Stays Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring smooth functioning of hotel equipment, utilities, and guest-room facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel equipment and facilities.
- Attend to maintenance complaints from guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and other hotel facilities.
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance works.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical panels, lighting, switches, sockets, pumps, motors, and other equipment.
- Troubleshoot and rectify electrical and mechanical faults as required.
- Ensure proper functioning of AC units, water pumps, geysers, plumbing fixtures, and other utility equipment.
- Respond promptly to guest and departmental maintenance requests.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance work, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Support the Engineering team during routine inspections and major maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards and engineering procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment,



and engineering work areas in good condition.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required.
- Follow all fire, safety, electrical, and occupational health & safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical trade preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, commercial property, or facility management environment.
- Good knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing work.
- Working knowledge of HVAC and general maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day technical issues.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Responsible, disciplined, and service-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with prior experience in hotel engineering/maintenance will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable handling multiple maintenance-related tasks independently.
- Should have a strong focus on guest satisfaction, safety, and timely resolution of complaints.

Salary: Up to ₹20,000 CTC per month
Location: Country Inn Smart Stays Gurugram

Pay: ₹13,355.85 - ₹20,000.00 per month
