Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding Business Loans / Unsecured Loans.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Understand customer funding requirements and explain suitable loan products.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Coordinate with the sales and credit teams for further processing.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience can apply.
- Prior experience in Business Loan, Personal Loan, NBFC,



Banking or DSA sales will be preferred.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and loan processes.
- Confident, target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
