We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Technical Consultant for our client, a leading retail chain group, to design, develop, customize, and implement robust D365 Commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions
- Work extensively on Commerce Runtime (CRT), Retail Server, POS Extensions, Hardware Station & CSU
- Configure and customize MPOS, CPOS & Store Commerce
- Build integrations using APIs, Azure Services and middleware
- Develop workflows, services and business logic
- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders
- Handle code reviews, debugging, performance optimization and troubleshooting
- Support deployments, release management and production issues
- Prepare technical design and solution documentation
- Follow Microsoft coding, security and development best practices

✅ Azure Functions
✅ D365 Commerce architecture, Channel Database & Data Synchronization
✅ ERP, Payment Gateway, Loyalty & Third-Party Integrations
✅ Git & CI/CD Pipelines
✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

⭐ Preferred

- Jewellery domain knowledge
- Experience working on Retail projects
- Malayalam understanding preferred
