Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead multiple architecture, interior design, fit-out, and turnkey projects. The role will be responsible for project planning, execution, cost control, quality, timelines, client management, and leading Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and monitor multiple projects from initiation to completion and handover.
- Manage and mentor Project Managers and project teams.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, profitability, quality, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Finance, Tender, Site, and other teams.
- Manage key client relationships, escalations, and project reviews.
- Ensure effective design-to-execution coordination.
- Monitor procurement, long-lead materials, vendors, contractors, and site progress.
- Identify project risks, delays, cost overruns, and implement corrective actions.
- Review project MIS, KPIs, budgets, project profitability, and overall portfolio performance.
- Ensure timely project completion, snag closure,



and client handover.

Mandatory Industry Experience:
Architecture / Interior Design / Interior Fit-out / Turnkey / Construction project execution experience is mandatory.

Candidate Profile:

- 12–15+ years of overall project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior project leadership role.
- Robust experience managing multiple projects and Project Managers.
- Proven experience in client management, costing, scheduling, resource planning, and project profitability.
- Strong understanding of design, execution, procurement, and site coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management or equivalent. PG/MBA in Project or Construction Management will be an advantage.
