Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our team. The candidate will assist in designing, planning, and executing architectural and interior projects, contributing from concept development to in office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in conceptual design, space planning, and design development
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and presentations
- Create 3D models and visualizations
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and vendors
- Visit project sites and assist in execution and supervision
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Support material selection and detailing for interior projects

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)



or equivalent
- 1–2 years of professional experience in architecture/interior projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (Lumion/Enscape/D5 preferred)
- Basic knowledge of construction detailing and materials
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and design sensibility

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

- Experience with residential/interior projects
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
