About the Role
National Facets is looking for a Jewellery Merchandiser who can coordinate between clients, design, CAD, production and sourcing teams to ensure smooth product development and timely order execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client requirements, enquiries and product briefs.
- Coordinate with Design, CAD, Production and QC teams.
- Manage product development from concept → sample → approval → production → dispatch.
- Prepare and maintain costing, quotations, sample and order details.
- Follow up on samples, modifications, approvals and production timelines.
- Understand gemstones, diamonds, jewellery materials and manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for stones and jewellery components.
- Monitor market trends and competitor products.




- Ensure products meet client specifications, quality standards and delivery timelines.
- Maintain proper documentation and regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in Jewellery Merchandising / Product Development preferred.
- Good knowledge of gemstones and jewellery manufacturing.
- Understanding of jewellery designs, CAD and production processes.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Candidates with experience in Gemstone / Diamond Jewellery / Export Jewellery will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
