SERVICE STEWARD
Love Over Coffee (LOC)
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages as per LOC standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service area.
- Explicit and reset tables promptly.
- Support the team during peak hours.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery and service items.
- Follow all LOC SOPs, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Handle guest queries professionally and escalate complaints when required.
- Support upselling and provide a great guest experience.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
