We’re building a consumer-focused FMCG brand and looking for a hands-on, startup-minded Marketing & Growth Associate to build MakRiva from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing & growth strategies
- Create and manage Instagram/Reels content
- Conduct consumer, retailer & competitor research
- Execute local marketing & retail activation
- Manage creators/influencers
- Track campaigns, sales & consumer response
- Work directly with the founder

What We’re Looking For

- Strong understanding of marketing & social media
- Creative and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work on-ground
- Ability to execute, experiment & learn
- FMCG/D2C/startup experience preferred
