Location: Pune
Salary: Up to ₹32,000/- per month
Eligibility
* Graduates with 6 months of experience in E-commerce
* Candidates with experience in any Customer Support domain can apply
* Excellent communication skills are mandatory
* Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions
* Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
* Maintain professional communication with customers
* Follow process guidelines and quality standards

Graduate
6+ months relevant experience
Solid verbal & written communication
Customer-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge
