Position: Social Media Expert – AI & Digital Marketing

Department: Digital Marketing / Social Media

Experience: 3–5 Years

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Social Media Expert with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, developing content strategies, building online communities, and driving engagement and growth.

Must have Hands-on experience with AI-powered social media and content creation tools will be an advantage.

Roles & Responsibility:

Social Media Strategy & Management :

- Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop platform-specific strategies based on audience behavior, trends, algorithms, and content formats.
- Plan and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars covering posts, Reels, Stories, carousels, videos, campaigns, and other formats.
- Identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, followers, brand awareness, leads, and conversions.
- Stay updated with changes in social media algorithms, features, trends, formats, and best practices.
- Build and maintain an active and engaged online community around the brand.
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas based on brand objectives,



audience insights, current trends, and platform requirements.
- Write and review captions, hooks, headlines, scripts, CTAs, social posts, and campaign copy.
- Work closely with the creative, video, and content teams to develop high-quality social media assets.
- Identify trending topics, sounds, formats, hashtags, memes, and content opportunities relevant to the brand.
- Create strategies for Reels, Shorts, Stories, carousels, static posts, long-form videos, and interactive content.
- Use AI tools and technologies extensively to improve social media planning, content creation, research, optimization, and performance.
- Identify areas where AI can improve content quality, productivity, creativity, and turnaround time.
- Experiment with new and emerging Generative AI tools and integrate relevant technologies into everyday social media workflows.
- Develop effective AI-assisted content production and social media management workflows.
- Stay updated with developments in Generative AI, AI content creation, AI marketing tools, social media automation, and AI-driven analytics.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
