Our products illuminate everything from commercial spaces to architectural landmarks, combining functionality with refined design.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Team Lead to oversee the product function, driving innovation and excellence throughout the product lifecycle. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership ability, and strategic vision to guide the product team in delivering high-quality solutions that align with business goals and customer needs.

The Product Team Lead will own and drive the complete product lifecycle of LED lighting products, from concept through launch and post-launch optimization. This role combines deep lighting-domain technical expertise, product strategy, and people leadership to ensure market-relevant, compliant, and commercially successful products.

The role acts as the central interface between R&D;, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales, and Project teams, ensuring product excellence and timely execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Oversight:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the product team, fostering growth and accountability.

- Set team goals, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance to ensure objectives are met.

- Build a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

- Develop and communicate product vision and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.





- Drive adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

- Identify trends in LED technology, controls, optics, drivers, and sustainability to guide innovation.

End to End Product Lifecycle Management:

- Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle-from ideation and design to launch and post-launch improvements.

- Ensure products meet quality standards through testing and compliance checks.

- Monitor product performance and lead initiatives for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Design, R&D;, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Project teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Act as the primary liaison between leadership and product teams.

- Support Sales and Business Development teams with technical inputs, documentation, and product positioning.

Training & Communication:

- Deliver training and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders.

- Ensure the team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to support product launches and innovations.

- Represent the product function in executive updates, presentations, and strategy

Key Skills Required:

Technical & Domain Expertise:

- Strong understanding of LED lighting products, including luminaires, drivers, optics, thermal management, and controls.

- Ability to read, interpret, and review lighting drawings, specifications, and layouts.

- Knowledge of product testing,



quality standards, and regulatory compliance.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for product reporting and presentations

Leadership & Soft Skills:

- Proven experience leading and motivating product teams.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving and proactive approach

Preferred Qualification and Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in the lighting industry or related field.

- Background in Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering preferred.

- Prior experience in product management, product development, or technical leadership roles.

- Demonstrated success in managing product strategy, lifecycle, and team performance.
