Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle PPM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of relevant experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. The candidate should have strong knowledge of project financials, project costing, billing, accounting, budgeting, and integration with Oracle Fusion Financials.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle PPM processes.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion PPM modules based on business requirements.
- Work on Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and Project Control processes.
- Configure project types, project templates, expenditure types, transaction controls, and project classifications.
- Work on project budgeting, forecasting, costing, revenue recognition, and accounting processes.
- Configure and support Project Billing and Invoicing activities.
- Coordinate with Finance and other functional teams for integration between PPM and Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Prepare functional specifications, business process documents, and configuration documentation.
- Support SIT, UAT, data migration, deployment,



and production support activities.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct functional testing and coordinate with technical teams for required developments and integrations.
- Provide end-user support and training as required.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle PPM Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM.
- Positive knowledge of Project Costing and Project Billing.
- Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial controls.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle and project financial management.
- Experience integrating PPM with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Experience in requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Oracle PPM implementation and enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of Project Contracts, Grants, Project Performance, and Project Control.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets integration.
- Experience with Oracle PPM reporting and analytics.
- Experience working in Agile/project-based environments.
- Oracle PPM certification would be an added advantage.
